Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Jaczzo Gear, we engineer efficiency into every step of your journey—including how our gear gets to your door.

1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed and “dispatched” within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our global fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: 2 - 6 business days.

  • FREE Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you can monitor its progress through our Track Your Order page using your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the initial status.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For our US customers, most orders fall under the de minimis threshold and will not incur additional duties. However, EverRise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@jaczzogear.com. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
